Brazosport College Music Department

The Clarion is home to the Brazosport College Music Department whose performing groups have earned consistent statewide and national recognition.

The Clarion offers special performance/lectures, workshops, and clinics with internationally renown performing artists.

Community Education

Brazosport College through Community Education offers instructional and performance opportunities in voice, woodwinds, class piano, class voice, choir, and wind ensemble and jazz band. Click here for Community Education programs.

Youth Programs

The Brazosport College Music Department sponsors Klassical Kids and the Brazosport Young People's Chorus. Klassical Kids is based on National Public Radio's From the Top and provides young musicians in the Brazosport Area audition for the opportunity to perform in  a concert at The Clarion. The Brazosport Young People's Chorus is a children's chorus open to aspiring vocalist ages 4^th grade thru 8^th grade.
