Woven Harmony, a mutli-media presentation featuring classical guitarist, Robert Bluestone and tapestry artist, Rebecca Bluestone. Concert time is 7:30pm. Admission is $35 adults, $5 students and children.

Robert & Rebecca Bluestone

Woven Harmony is a collaborative event, which includes an exhibition at the Brazosport College Art Gallery and a concert at The Clarion. The exhibit "Woven Harmony: The Tapestries of Rebecca Bluestone" will be on display at the Brazosport College Art Gallery from January 28-February 22, 2008.

Woven Harmony, the concert, is a multi-media performance by Rebecca and Robert Bluestone. Rebecca's tapestries installed onstage, projected visual images of their home, studio, weaving process and the landscapes and places from which they have drawn inspiration are interwoven with Robert performing his music and conversation between the two artists. They believe strongly in the non-verbal communication of music and visual art. Through the use of what Rebecca calls ‘contemplative repetition' and Robert's lyrical interpretations of classical music, they attempt to create a transformative space in the performance where the music and art can speak in their own language. This performance is sponsored by Brazosport Regional Heath System & South Texas Radiology Therapy Associates.

Cherryholmes - Family Bluegrass Band

Until April of 1999, the dynamic family band known as Cherryholmes did not exist, and half of its youthful members hadn't even picked up an instrument. In five short years, this high-energy Nashville-based band was named 2005 IBMA's Entertainers of the Year.

Cherryholmes has many qualities that make them unique, but the basis of their success lies in plain, old-fashioned hard work combined with shining star talent that only appears to glow more brightly with each performance. They embody the American Bluegrass dream. They are "America's First Family of Bluegrass!"
