Disability Accommodations
Persons who wish to request
disability-related accommodations, including wheelchair
assessable seating and listening assistance systems,
should contact the Ticket Office at (979) 230-3156.
Please request accommodations at least two weeks in
advance of the performance to ensure best possible
arrangements.
Will Call
All ticket orders received
less than 7 days prior to the performance will be held
at Will Call, which opens one hour prior to curtain.
Late Seating
Latecomers will be asked to
wait in the lobby until intermission or an appropriate
interval in the program, as designated by the artists or
management. Closed-circuit TVs in the lobby of the
Clarion are provided for latecomers to view the event.
Late seating is not guaranteed; please allow sufficient
time for travel and parking.
Lost or Misplaced Tickets
Can't find your tickets?
Call the Box Office at (979) 230-3156 and we will have
duplicate tickets waiting for you at Will Call.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the
performing arts, all programs are subject to change
without notice. Refunds are available only in the event
of a cancellation.
Exchanging Tickets
Tickets may be exchanged
for different seating locations. Tickets for one event
may not be exchanged for tickets to another event.
We love kids but…
Please remember, a ticket
is required for every patron regardless of age,
including infants and small children. In addition, some
performances may be inappropriate for children. In
consideration of others, if your child cannot sit
quietly, please make other arrangements.
Please Note
The use of recording
equipment or photography is strictly prohibited during
performances. Mobile telephones, beepers, and watch
alarms must be turned off during performances.
